The 29 articles summarized in this compendium were identified using the PubMed and Google Scholar databases incorporating the search terms “Clareon”, “AutonoMe” and “hydrophobic acrylic intraocular lens”, with publication time between January 1, 2009 and February 15, 2022. Articles were included when they contained research relevant to Clareon™ and the AutonoMe™ delivery system that enable precise delivery of the Clareon™ IOL into the capsular bag in patients undergoing cataract surgery. Only manuscripts published in peer-reviewed journals and available in English were included in this compendium. Results or papers with devices that are not approved by the FDA or with off-label indications were not included.
